If you already have a Deluxe movie Barricade, and you're not a completionist, you can skip this. This figure, like so many repaints, is really not essential if you're looking for a toy to play with. That being said, I do collect toys, and Barricade is one of the figures I do try to be completionist about, so, he's in my collection. What you're paying for is the Target Exclusive.
The colors are nice--the paint and deco are well applied. It transforms fairly easily (it's by no means the easiest conversion level) and makes a nice car. Frenzy, this time red (so, the Frenzy is Red, Rumble is Blue controversy lives on!) is tucked neatly in Barricade's grille.
All in all a great collector piece!
