(More customer reviews)Helmet came with extra soft foam inserts, so when the original ones get torn or they get pretty nasty the new ones can be inserted. The helmet seems very sound and the pads are average. It is difficult to discern the elbow pads from the knee pads. The elbow pads are still a little too big for my 4yr old.
