He's learning to control the speed and direction of this car using the remote control, and tries to teach his younger sister how it works. They take turns driving or jumping over/dodging the car! It's hilarious. It was his favorite Christmas gift.
As for durability, my son has dropped the car on the ground several times, and has raced it down the stairs crashing to the bottom, with no damage to the car (albeit with some chips out of my wall.) A good buy.
