Love this guy. came in great shape, only the chest panel has a minor problem, it doesn't like to stay in place in robot mode sometimes, but that's probably just how the toy is made. No big deal really. otherwise, a very nice buy.

Transformers Cybertron Scout Hardtop Review

Transformers Cybertron Scout Hardtop

Like Scattorshot, another great little Scout figure for this series. Very poseable in robot mode. Simple transformation but a dramatic looking change. His Cyber Key feature changes his weapon, not himself, which seems to be a bit of a cop-out until you consider it's supposed to be a sniper rifle, and rifles are more accurate as their barrels get longer. I've read that Hardtop is an American exclusive figure. I don't know if this is true, but if it is, I recommend any international TransFans reading this to pick up Hardtop here.

Transformers Animated Deluxe Figure Blurr Review

Transformers Animated Deluxe Figure Blurr

I found Blurr to be an excellent all round tranformer. His Car mode is solid, and the rear wheels are very interesting looking since they have no hubs. Robot mode was also a pleasant surprise. He truly does look alien and foreign. Spikes are everywhere, and it make his look almost insectoid. Buy him if you can find him.

Transformers Movie Voyager Autobot Ratchet Review

Transformers Movie Voyager Autobot Ratchet
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is easily one of the best movie version Transformer figures. First, the durability is well above most of the other figures. After some figures with poor durability and design (Blackout, Brawl, Bumblebee), I've been very impressed with this figure. If there's only one toy to get a kid, this one probably has the best chance of survival.Second, the transformation is relatively straightforward. Unlike some of the others, whose transformations rival the complexity of the more mature "Alternators" line, this one seems well suited for kids. Finally, this is a very posable figure. It'll easily stand securely upright, even in odd poses. The articulation and balance are excellent. All I can really criticize is the nasty green color and the looseness of the roof rack attachment. There's also the blocky "preschool toy" feel of the design, but that's part of what I think makes it so durable and suited for kids. But those are minor points.

Barbie Dolls Of The World France Review

Barbie Dolls Of The World France
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is one of my least favorites in the Dolls of the World series. Her dress is a very cheap satin and the detailing is not nearly as nice as other dolls. The lace is the cheap stuff you find on underwear, the hat is especially cheap looking and poor quality, and the dress is not full as the box makes it look. In fact, there's nothing under the cheap satin of the dress at all so it looks really flat right out of the box. In fact, it comes out of the box perfectly folded in half and never really fluffs out at all. The dress is made to be permanently uplifted - it would have been nice if it could have been made such that it looked like she was actually flipping it upwards rather than having it illogically defy gravity on its own.
The doll herself is quite lovely and the hair is nicely styled. The shoes and stockings are also nice. One benefit of taking it out of the box is that her feather can stand up to full height and add to the costume. But honestly, I don't like looking at this doll much because her outfit and especially the hat look so cheaply made and designed.
One complaint is that the satin of the dress is so cheap that the 'tabs' used to hold it into place in the box are permanently 'molded' into the back of the dress - looks bad from the back.
In all, definitely not one of the better Barbies in the Pink Label line.

Celebrate a spectacular cabaret in the City of Lights! The pure exuberance of the can-can dancer doll kicks up her heels in traditional costume of frilled corset dress and feathered headwear. A must-have for your collection. Measures approximately 12" tall.

Star Wars 30th Anniversary Saga 2008 Transformers Action Figure Clone Pilot to Republic Gunship Review

Average Reviews:

As a collector of Star Wars items, when I saw this one in stores I knew I had to try and get it for my collection. Hasbro didn't even card this one correctly. The card should read "Star Wars 30th Anniversary Saga 2008 Transformers Action Figure ARC Trooper to ARC Gunship" Any Star Wars fan familar with the Cartoon Network "Star Wars: Clone Wars" micro series will instantly recgonize this as the gunship the Muunilinst 10 used to rescue the Jedi on Hypori from Grevious. The mini figure itself is even an ARC Trooper and not a regular clone pilot. It really is a collector's item for Star Wars fans, if you know what you've got.

Runamuck - Transformers Cybertron Deluxe Review

Runamuck - Transformers Cybertron Deluxe
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a slight remake of Transformers: Armada Sideswipe. One of the worst TFs of all time, in my opinion. Now this figure: his robot mode head is cool, it's an update of G1 Runamuck- so it satisfies the nostalgia in us older fans. The vehicle mode looks pretty darn good, and the paint job is pretty cool. However robot mode... well, robot mode stinks. His arms are terrible, and legs are merely bad. Ugly chunky car parts hanging off of skinny freaky twigs-for-limbs. Armada Sideswipe was a bad mold, and they kept repainting it into different characters. They wore me down eventually, and I got Runamuck here. I should have stuck to my guns and passed. This really isn't a very good Transformer. Trust me, skip this one and buy Ransack or something. Or, better yet, just wait 'til June when the new Transformers: Animated toys come out.

For most of his life, Runamuck served as a spy and courier for Megatron, carrying messages to Decepticon warriors behind enemy lines. Since his leader's disappearance, though, Runamuck has been pretty bored. Too many Autobots around meant he couldn't get away with much. But now, with the Autobots forced into hiding on Earth, he's having the time of his life tormenting them by striking at vulnerable targets in front of a lot of human witnesses, where the Autobots can't counterattack. Quick-change this amazing figure from a vehicle to a robot.
Runamuck figure changes from hybrid hot-rod vehicle to robot and back. Features a spring-loaded ramming mode and pop-up tail gun. Figure comes with key, planet map and instructions.

Transformers Universe Legends Exclusive Figure 5-Pack Aerial Rivals Review

Transformers Universe Legends Exclusive Figure 5-Pack Aerial Rivals
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
If you didn't already know, this is a 5-pack of "Legends" sized repaints of various characters from the transformers franchise. The molds are simplified versions of molds coming from the cybertron line, and as such they had to remove the ratcheting joints of the originals with a simpler, less expensive ball joint, which leads to the limbs popping off as noted in the other review. The transformations are quite simple, though skydive in particular can be tricky, but much less so than his larger counterparts. The instructions are easy enough to understand if one can follow a pictograph. Overall, the set is quite entertaining, especially with the new decos the figures have, which are quite awesome

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen Movie Scout Class Action Figure Dirt Boss Review

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen Movie Scout Class Action Figure Dirt Boss
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is one of my favorite of the recent scout class transformers. I love Transformers that turn into off beat vehicles beyond the ubiquitous sports car bots. The coloring seems to be a tribute to the original G1 Contructicons and the mold is nicely detailed for it's size down to the diamond plate skid plates and suicide knob steering wheel.
His transformation is a rather clever mix of unwrapping/turning him inside out, without giving the figure too much of a kibble backpack. The robot mode is suprisingly detailed, not boxy and does not have that 'shell-former' limbs-melted-into-vehicle-mode-panels that most of the scouts seem to suffer from.
My figure seems a bit loose and floppy in the joints but since he won't see much heavy rough play I'm not bothered. I'm not sure if this is consistent throughout the production run or I just got one of a bad batch. Interestingly enough the mold was reused to make a Walmart exclusive orange repaint named Deadlift, if that tickles your fancy more. I'd say Dirt Boss is a great little figure for both kids and older collectors. He's make a perfect addition to a collection if you've already got a few other Movie-verse Constructicons to keep him company. And remember parents: If you don't like challenging your children, BUY AGE APPROPRIATE.

He is not a minicron or a mini bot. He becomes a mini Jeep. His main wepon looks very powerful. Go to Cartoon Network on this Saturday at 7:00 PM to find out how powerful his weapon is. His colors make him look very nice. His head sculpt looks very serious. Get this toy if you like him.

I got this con yesterday and the moment I tried to transform it the legs and an arm fell off. But pretty good transformer. Has the coolest bug mode and neat microscope because it can move up and down and where you look in the microscope if you pull it back you can see his big eyes and his feet are under.Does have a short line in the movie, he fixes megatron, tries to kill Sam with a hacksaw and I think dies but Sam lives. Very good transformer but if you have it and don't like it give it a try one more time. And his names are scalpel and the doctor.
And this was jean's son.

Transformers Legends Of Cybertron - Soundwave Review

Transformers Legends Of Cybertron - Soundwave
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Back in the 1980's, a lot of kids couldn't afford the bigger Transformers toys like Optimus Prime or Megatron, so a lot of them ended up buying the small minibots such as Bumblebee and Brawn which were a lot smaller AND cheaper.
Over 20 years later, Hasbro has brought back "small", releasing a lot of smaller Transformers toys. This time they've done something a bit different with part of the line, putting out smaller versions of some of their more expensive and larger counterparts.
Soundwave here is one such example. No, this isn't the exact same character as the one a lot of us grew up with, but he's loosely based on the original. Take one look at him, especially in robot mode and you'll see the resemblance. His chest even looks like a cassette deck, although it doesn't open.
Transformation-wise, Soundwave is so-so. Once you get used to him he gets easier but the instructions aren't great and a few of his parts falls off at times when you try transforming him. The good news is that they pop back on very easily, and he seems pretty hard to actually "break." His alternate form is a futurstic looking jet.
Just as a note for collector's, size-wise, Soundwave is a little smaller than classic Mini-bots and a little bigger than the newer mini-cons are.
If you want a modern, full-size Soundwave, Hasbro did release a very similar larger one in their Cybertron line. He even comes with a Laserbeak figure so that one might be worth checking out. But for a feww bucks, you can't go wrong with this one either.

Average Reviews:

My 5 year old just got a bunch of these Transformers and he loves them. He completely understands that the starfighter doesn't turn into Darth Maul in the movie and that these are just Transformer toys. He just thinks it's fun to have a starfighter and once he gets bored with the starfighter he transforms it and has a Star Wars character to play with. The age stated on the packaging is also perfect. Not too fragile or difficult to change for little 5 year old hands. Great fun!

Wow!
If you collect Transformers this figure is fantastic!
THE best movie Starscream to date. On par with Takara's ROTF Buster Optimus Prime! Do a search and you'll see...
Very well designed and expertly painted details.
Large robot mode with lots of jointed parts.
Large jet mode with an intricate conversion. Very fun!
There are lights and sounds for playablity, but this expensive import is probably for older fans of the Transformers...
There is a Hasbro version with Black tattoos that is much cheaper for the kids.
