(More customer reviews)This toy is well constructed, but the instructions to transform it were over 20 steps long. I had almost given up until I saw that some kind soul had posted a video up on Youtube which catalogs how to transform it. Once you know how, it is very easy to transform back and forth. So in the end, despite our initial frustration, we're pretty happy with the toy.
