(More customer reviews)I wanted to write this review to drive down the star rating so that no other parent had to suffer with this toy. I am 36 with an advanced degree, have built my own computers, and I had a hard time transforming this toy. Worse, even the mildest amount of torque or inadvertent force will have pieces popping off left and right. Even if my son had a PhD in engineering from MIT, I can't see how he could've played with this. Ugh.
I will say that Hasbro's return policy is pretty nice.
