(More customer reviews)Grimlock has always been one of my top ten favorite characters in the Transformers Universe. This 10" tall upgrade of the original G-1 figure brings back all of the memories of my childhood. The transformation is very similar to the original figure with the exception of the legs which are very complex compared to its predecessor, but this is a plus because the silver part of his tail that was originally exposed in his G-1 toy is now nicely conceled in the legs. He has 2 eye color gimmicks that allow you to change the color of his eyes to either red or blue in both Dinobot, and robot modes depending on weather you prefer the original toy eye color, or the cartoon eye color. He as a light in his right hand which allows for both of his weapons to be illuminated while he holds them. He also has a mouth closing gimmick, and a head rotation gimmick, both of which are unnecessary. This is a great figure I highly reccomend it for the 80's TF enthusiast. He stands proudly next to my Masterpiece Optimus Prime in my wall unit.
