(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed when I received this toy which I had ordered for my grandson. From viewing the picture of the product, I mistakenly believed the action figure to be about a foot tall (as Bumblebee, Megatron, and others are). When I pulled the figure out of the box, to my extreme disappointment the figure was about six inches tall and had many parts that were falling off. Perhaps it was not age-appropriate for my 4-year old grandson but his parents advised that it was quite frustrating for the boy as the whole time he had to keep asking his parents to "put Optimus back together again". Maybe for an older child this would be okay but for us, it was a dud. Also, I think it would make sense to describe the "size" of the figure. Wouldn't order a product such as this on line again - would go to a store and buy direct.
