It opens up with a secret latch to show a miniature scene of a high-rise building under construction. It included a miniature figure of a construction worker and another of a architect. It includes two vehicles, a tiny Chevy work pickup trick, and a bulldozer. It also has a working crane, and objects for it to life including a pallet, a bundle of pipes, and an I-Beam. The building has a jobsite elevator that works. There is a fake pile of dirt for the bulldozer toy to move. The company made a small amount of these in 1997, and went out of business the same year.
