Spewed into select stores during the Beast era, the Machine Wars (MW) line was Hasbros answer to those transfans demanding a return to the good old days of robot to car transformation. Prime here is a repaint of an overseas exclusive autobot called Thunderclash. Which explains some of his non-prime like features. Lack of faceplate, for example.
Still, he is a unique addition to any collection, his vehicle mode is something to behold, and I for one dig the simplistic, Gen 1 style of transformation. Remember when transformers were supposed to be transformable? Learn to overlook his somewhat odd robot mode, and maybe, just maybe, you'll learn to love yourself. Or something.
